Its just a bit of fun... release a few bubbles and watch them float away or shake your device and watch them go the other way (just like in the BFG).
rotate your iPhone or iPad,
shake it,
and even tap the bubbles.
if thats not enough it can be used as a spirit level, making it super easy to put up shelves, hang pictures and even construct whole buildings.

and when that gets too much try to say "BUBBLES" in a cross voice.
